Today we purchased a pre-owned Taylor-Coach from salesman ; Darcy. He was professional, not pushy and very friendly. Overall, a very positive experience!

At the end of October my window on my trailer exploded. I was picking bits of glass out of my face and shards of glass out of my feet, and it had cut all my arms. It was a complete nightmare because of the fact that we were closing within a couple of weeks before closing. I contacted the place where the trailer was originally purchased cause it’s a 2021 and they pretty much said you’re the second owner nothing we can do. I tried to get them to even email or contact the company to try to help me and it was a nightmare. Told me around $1500-2000. I ended up contacting Niagara trailers and they were unbelievable. First thing that they asked was OK and they gave me information for the manufacturer corporate office. I spoke to the corporate office and shipped me a window within a couple of weeks and the only thing I had to pay for was installation which I agreed to. Also Niagara trailers contact them, making sure that it was completely seamless for me. They messaged me when it arrived and got me in as soon as they could to get it installed. Not to mention that the original trailer dealership was $250 per hour whereas Niagara trailers was $150 an hour. AJ (Parts), Debbie (Seasonal) Todd & Brad (Installers) were so unbelievably nice and professional. I messaged the owner of Niagara trailers John and how I was just in awe of the whole thing and how unbelievably great they had treated me. I just wanted everyone to know if they need repairs for their trailer or they’re looking to buy a trailer they really take care of you there and I cannot thank them enough!

From our Salesman (big Jim) to the owner we were totally impressed with the service we received. When we picked up our used unit we were pleasantly surprised by the things that the dealer did when prepping our unit. A big Thanks to everyone that we dealt with. Purchased a trailer through Andrew Fick several years back. Not only was he knowledgeable and not one to pressure the sale he’s also still available to answer questions many years later. Tough to find this type of personality in the sales world. 5*+

Just wanted to quickly share how impressed and happy we are with the customer service we received yesterday. We had an emergency when we arrived at the campground, our electric tongue jack stopped working and we were unable to get our trailer off our truck. We called the dealership where our trailer was purchased and received the worst customer service. When we called niagara trailers the phone was answered pleasantly and then we were transferred to parts. we explained the situation and quickly had a solution. It was around 4pm so he even offered to leave the part out for us to we didn’t have to rush to pick it up. overall amazing experience and support in a time that was a bit panicky for us so thank you!
